A NEW LEADER IN MOBILE BANKING TECHNOLOGY

With the goal of helping members make safe and simple purchases, CU Wallet launched the industry’s first, credit union-centric, mobile payment initiative in 2013. The Los Angeles-based tech team’s mobile wallet could be embedded into a credit union’s mobile banking app, or deployed as a stand-alone app.

In 2017, CU Wallet and CU Solutions Group announced that, through a new partnership, CU Wallet was being rebranded as LifeStep Solutions. The new team unveiled a refreshed vision. Through an alliance between CU Solutions Group and CU Wallet, a new company, a new vision, and a new approached was formed: LifeStep Solutions.

The expanded and enhanced LifeSteps will reach beyond the standard mobile banking app. Through a suite companion apps that can be bundled, or purchased a-la-carte, credit unions can offer their members resources focused on shopping, auto, home and financial wellness. When your members research a merchant, your credit card is top-of-wallet; every time they browse homes and vehicles, your financing is a tap away.
